Possible definitions for zeroed

zero
Number and numeral of critical importance in mathematics. As a number, it has the property that any number added to it remains the same and any number multiplied by it becomes zero. (By an important law of equation solving, if the product of two numbers is zero, at least one of them must equal zero.) Division by zero is undefined. As a numeral indicating an empty space, it was first used by the ancient Babylonians. The symbol 0 dates from about 150 BC, when Ptolemy began using the Greek letter omicron (the first letter of the Greek word for "nothing") to indicate the absence of a digit at the end of a number. Zero was not widely accepted as a number in Western mathematics until the 16th cent.

Japanese fighter aircraft of World War II. A single-seat, low-wing monoplane made by Mitsubishi, it was introduced in 1940, the 2,600th anniversary of the crowning of Japan's legendary first emperor, Jimmu, and named for the "zero-year" celebration. It had a top speed of 350 mph (565 kph) at nearly 20,000 ft (6,000 m). When it first appeared, it could outmaneuver every plane it encountered; Allied fighters could not defeat it until 1943. Many Zeros became kamikaze craft in the war's closing months.
