What is SOAP?
SOAP is an acronym for Simple Object Access Protocol. It's a way that one computer, running in one location (i.e. Europe) and using one operating system (i.e. Windows) can make use of software running on a computer in another location (i.e. Canada) running another operating system (i.e. FreeBSD).
If you're interested, look around. You'll find further information on SOAP.
